Erin Rogers, CHRP

Director of Human Resources

Erin is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a member in good standing with the Human Resource Professional Association.

Upon completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Guelph, Erin began her career in human resources by recruiting for one of North America’s largest food-service distributors. After honing her skills in finding the right person for the right job, she stretched her business acumen by taking on progressive roles that broadened her exposure to operations.

In 2006, through her volunteer work, Erin was given the opportunity to enter the not-for-profit sector, where she has continued to combine her human resources background with leadership in fundraising, development, project management and financial and operational planning. Her success in designing, implementing, and improving people processes has made her a trusted advisor for the program and operational managers.

Most recently, Erin has supported Executive Leadership teams in navigating the pandemic. She is adept at supporting change and preparing teams for the post-pandemic world, where talent acquisition and retention strategies have never been more critical.

Residing in Newmarket, Erin and her spouse support several charities and enjoy an active and sports-filled life with their two children.
