Jennifer Rawlings, CPA, CA
Accounting Manager
Jennifer graduated with Distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Honours Bachelor of Business Administration program in 2007 and obtained her CA designation in 2010. She has worked in public practice since 2007. Jennifer helps manage the firm’s personal tax practice and oversees the t-slip preparation process each year. She also helps to manage the firm’s corporate taxation and tax reorganization work.

Nicholas Carriere, CPA, CA
Accounting Manager
Nicholas graduated with Honours from McMaster University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, concentration in accounting and a minor in economics. Nicholas obtained his CPA CA designation in 2013.
Nicholas has worked in public practice since 2010 with a focus on assurance-related engagements.
Nicholas has previously served as Chair and Treasurer for various not-for-profit organizations and currently serves as the treasurer for the Newmarket Arts Council.

Matthew Salituro, CPA
Accounting Manager
Matthew graduated from York University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors and a Professional Certificate in Accounting. He obtained his CPA Designation in 2021. Matthew started his career with C&B in 2019, focusing on assurance engagements.

Zenon Tymosko, CA
Accounting Manager
Zenon graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and obtained his CA designation in 1995. He has also completed Parts I, II and III of the In-depth Tax Course provided by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Prior to joining C&B CPA, Zenon worked with KPMG – in both the GTA, and in London, UK, worked with another small local firm, and did some freelance fractional CFO work.
Zenon was born and raised in Etobicoke, and enjoys curling and pickle ball. He is the Treasurer of the Sutton Curling Club and currently lives in Georgina.

Sandra deRoos
Accounting Manager
Sandra graduated with Distinction from the University of New Brunswick in 1998 with a Bachelor of Nursing. She transitioned into the accounting field in 2009, and joined Chaggares & Bonhomme in 2018. Sandra specializes in personal tax and trust compliance. She is active in the community and currently serves as the Treasurer for her local church..

Clarissa Vleming
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER/EA to Rob Chaggares
Clarissa joined the firm in 2008 as the Office Administrator. She has played a vital role in the development of many of the firm’s administrative processes. Since 2015 Clarissa has been the Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant to Managing Partner, Rob Chaggares. Clarissa completed the Business Communication Diploma Program at Ryerson University and lives with her 2 children in Simcoe County.
